About me
I'm Jonathan Dolden, a transport and logistics operations leader with 25 years across heavy-vehicle, intermodal and warehouse operations in Australia. I've owned profit-center P&L on a large truck operation, led multi-site fleets, grown and sold my own business, and built the KPI framework still used across hundreds of operators. My career has centred on hands-on leadership, data-driven decisions and people.
